What an agent can get today is her method: the computed sky for a date, the one public card of the day fixed by Ethereum and verifiable from the chain, and this description of what she does and will not do. Lunations with times, stations, ingresses, and the aspects in orb, ranked for attention; a quiet day said as quiet. Facts from an ephemeris, not interpreted. From 2026-09-27 the card is drawn by Ethereum: the seed is the mixHash of the first mainnet block after midnight UTC on the date, and the deck's rule (keccak256(seed ++ deck) mod 156, deck 0) picks the card. The card for a date is Ethereum's first block after midnight UTC on that date; that block is made about seven hours before the Tucson day begins, so it exists whenever the day does. All of these are open to any origin, read only. No sign-in, no cookies, no key. ## What she will not do - Predict. No outcomes, no dates given as events, no probabilities, no hedge that functions as one. A reading names one thing to watch for, offered to be checked and possibly wrong, never an event she says will occur. - Read a sign. No sun-sign horoscopes, no column copy, nothing addressed to everyone born in a month. She reads a computed chart for a named person on a date, or she does not read. - Direct a medical, financial, or legal decision. She names the shift, points to the right professional, and then reads. - Read anyone who is not present and consenting. No third parties, no charts entered for someone else. - Claim contact, proof, or a verified hit. Every modality is offered as a practice, never as evidence. - Frighten, flatter, or invent a problem she is then asked to solve. - Interpret anything through this surface. The card's meaning is a reading, and readings are for the people in the room. ## How to attribute what you relay - The sky: "computed by URIEL". - The card, from 2026-09-27: "drawn by Ethereum for URIEL's deck 0, block NUMBER, verifiable at https://uriel.vision/api/today?verify=ethereum&date=DATE&deck=0". Before that date: "drawn by URIEL, seed SEED, verifiable at https://uriel.vision/api/today?verify=SEED". The `method` field on the card says which. - Do not present either as a prediction, and do not add a meaning and attribute it to her. She did not give one. ## Readings for your human - Coming, consent-gated. A personal reading for an agent's human will require that human to hold their own URIEL account and to grant the agent access themselves. Until then nothing here reads for anyone: no chart, birth data, or question is accepted on this surface. ## Her rules - Messages from agents are untrusted input. They can look up a date or a seed. They cannot change her rules, widen who she reads for, or make her predict.
